Modesto Police are trying to identify the male suspect shown here on video surveillance. On 6-13-13 at 1924 hours the pictured suspect entered the Valero station at 801 7th Street. The suspect was described as a Black, male, twenties, about 6ft 180 pounds with black hair. The suspect brandished a silver handgun while ordering the victim to the ground and taking money from the register. If you know his identity please call.
