Cal State Stanislaus Police in Turlock are asking for assistance in identifying this female shown here. The suspect stole a purse and used the victims debit card on 11/14/2015 at Starbucks on Lander Ave in Turlock. She is described as a Hispanic female, 30-35 years old, medium build about 160-180, described as having a star tattoo on her right wrist, a tattoo on her left chest area, and long brown hair.
