Modesto Police Detectives are looking for your help identifying this suspect. On 04-26-16, at 9:36 pm, this Black Male Adult went into the CVS Pharmacy at 801 Oakdale Road and loaded numerous bottles of alcohol into his backpack. An employee confronted the suspect at the front door as he was trying to leave. The suspect pushed the employee out of the way and placed his hand in his pocket as if he had a weapon. The employee believed the suspect could have been just getting off work because of the construction clothing. He said there was a name tag on a lanyard around his neck but the employee did not catch any part of the name. The employee believes this is the same suspect who stole alcohol a month prior. The attached photos are the only photos that the store was able to provide.
