A second incident took place on July 6th and occurred at McHenry Avenue and Briggsmore Avenue. A Hells Angel Motorcycle Club member with a Prospect patch was riding a black Harley Davidson motorcycle and was wearing a black vest, blue jeans, red Converse and a white full faced helmet. Officers attempted to make a traffic stop for traffic violations and the motorcyclist fled from officers at a high rate of speed cutting in and out of traffic in a manor dangerous to the public. Officers did not continue to pursue the motorcyclist due to public safety issues. The motorcyclist was last seen eastbound Briggsmore Avenue near Sunrise Avenue.
