Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department

On 03/16/09 Deputies were dispatched to the One Stop Market 10143 W. Grayson Road, Grayson for a report of subject who had been shot. Once on scene, Deputies located the victim Moises Alvarado in the back seat of a vehicle with a gunshot. Alvarado did not survive his injuries. The shooting incident occurred along the San Joaquin River area where the Victim and friends when they were involved in an altercation with a group of 5-6 males.

Stanislaus County Sheriffs Department

The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance. On 10/12/17 Deputies were dispatched to a residence at the 5900 block of Claribel Road Riverbank regarding two men found deceased. Deputies located victims Alfredo Mercado Lomeli and Martin Alvarez Jr. with gunshot wounds.

Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department

On 11/29/14 Deputies were dispatched to the Waterford Community Center for a report of shots fired. Once on scene, Deputies located the victim Luis Lozano outside his vehicle with multiple gunshots. The victim, Lozano, did not survive his injuries. A light gray or silver Nissan Quest minivan was seen leaving the area just after the shots were heard.

Modesto Police Department

On 8/24/19 at 0930 hours, a suspect described as being a Black male adult approximately 6 foot 2 inches tall, weighing 230 to 250 pounds entered the Target at 3900 Sisk Road in Modesto. The suspect has short cut hair with a goatee. This suspect has been targeting Target stores and repeatedly stealing items from their stores. When confronted by loss prevention officers the suspect pushed the officer away and fled with store merchandise. The suspect was wearing a blue polo shirt and teal shorts and sandals. The suspect is wanted for robbery.

Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department

UPDATE: Detectives on this case have additional information regarding the vehicle that was involved in this shooting. The suspect vehicle has been identified as a blue Honda sedan. The Sheriff's Department is looking for the help of the community in this unsolved murder. During the evening hours of February 17, 2015 a 911 call came in around 8:30 p.m. after passerby saw the victims truck being driven erratically before crashing on the shoulder of Santa Fe Avenue near Berkeley Avenue. The driver was identified as Steven Losey, 25 years old and was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Newman Police Department

Newman Police are looking for help from the community. On 8/13/19 at approximately 4:30 am, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Northhampton Way for a shooting. Officers arrived at the location and found one male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The suspect has been described by the victim as a Hispanic male adult, 5' 8", 200 pounds wearing dark colored clothing. The suspect fled the area on foot, possibly to a nearby vehicle.

Turlock Police Department

The Turlock Police Department is looking to identify this suspect. On 08/13/19 at approx. 2:30 pm, an unknown black female adult stole a wallet out of someones purse at a grocery store. The Suspect removed the wallet from the victims open purse in a shopping cart while distracting the victim at close proximity.
