Modesto Police are investigating a morning bank robbery in north Modesto. The suspect reported to be armed with a handgun and was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money. On Thursday, June 13, 2013, at approximately 10:12 a.m. Modesto Police were called to the Rabobank America, located at 1400 Standiford Avenue, for a bank robbery. Employees of the bank said a Black male adult entered the bank and approached the Teller counter and brandished a handgun and demanded money. Once he received the undisclosed amount of money he left the bank. Witnesses said the suspect fled from the bank south on Chancellor Avenue. No one was injured during the robbery. The suspect is described as a black male adult in his early 20s. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, blue jeans, and dark shoes

Identity Theft

Ceres Police are asking help to identify the woman in the surveillance photo's. The woman is described as a Hispanic adult female who was pregnant at the time of the incidents which occurred from February - May of this year. She is approximately 504-507, 150 -lbs. with brown hair. She is wanted for questioning regarding numerous fraudulent prescriptions and identity theft. She usually has a young boy with when dropping off and picking up the prescriptions. In the most recent photo's it appears she has given birth so the child may have been born in April of May of this year.

Stanislaus Sheriff's Department is investigating a Home Invasion Robbery and needs help identifying this man, shown here on video surveillance. The home invasion occurred on April 4, 2013 around 0230hrs. If you know the identity of the male shown here please call.

Modesto Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying the pictured suspect who has committed several armed robberies throughout Modesto. The first robbery occurred at the CVS Pharmacy, 2900 Standiford Avenue, on April 21, 2013 at about 8:30 P.M. The second robbery occurred at Cost Less Market, 3801 Yosemite Boulevard, on May 16, 2013 at about 8:30 P.M. The third robbery occurred to the Radio Shack, 3900 Sisk Road, on May 20, 2013 at 10:45 AM. In each case the suspect displayed a black handgun and took cash. The suspect is identified as a Hispanic male 25-35 year old, 5-08/6-00, 180-250.

Stanislaus County Sheriff Detectives are looking for information on a Homicide that occurred on 04/19/2013 around 8:50 pm at Lassen & Dallas in Modesto. The victim Omar MENDOZA 24 years was shot and died from his injuries. Several subjects were seen in the area in a White GMC Jimmy SUV or possibly Chevy Blazer SUV around the time of the homicide. Modesto Police are asking for information on a robbery that occurred on 3/10/13 around 5:30 pm. An elderly female victim was walking through the parking lot of Burlington Coat Factory on McHenry Ave in Modesto. The suspect who had been previously standing near the front door of Burlington Coat Factory ran from behind the victim, grabbed her purse and forcefully pulled the purse from the victimss shoulder. The suspect caused the victim to fall to the ground causing serious injury, requiring extensive continuing medical attention. The suspect was described as a male, in his mid 20s, about 5ft8 tall and 140 pounds. The suspect was wearing a light colored hoodie, tan shorts and black socks. The suspect was last seen running from the attack and getting into a 2000s silver Honda.

The Stanislaus Sheriff's Department is asking for assistance in locating witnesses on the following case. On 02/24/12 at approximately 1030pm hours Deputies and CHP responded to a report of a subject down in the road On Keyes Rd near Carpenter rd. Donnie Ray Coyle Jr was found deceased on scene. CHP Officers with the Modesto area CHP Office and Deputies investigated this incident. If you have any information on this case please call.

Ceres Police is investigating the following theft/fraud case. The victim had posted an advertisement on Craigslist in an attempt to sell her iPhone and on March 14th, 2013 at approximately 1317 hours, the victim and prospective buyer met in the K-mart Parking lot in Ceres to do the exchange. After the item was presented, the suspect (shown here) appeared to be inspecting the item. However, the suspect shoved the victim and fled the area without paying for the item. The suspect then got into a white SUV and fled the scene. The suspect is wanted for Robbery.

Stanislaus Sheriffs Dept is looking for the hispanic male shown here on video surveillance. On 12/16/2012 around 832pm the male was at the AM PM in Riverbank. The male wearing a Blue Hooded Sweatshier and jeans exited a mid sized white car with black strip. He entered the AM PM store, walked to beer section, and took beer/left with out paying. There have been several thefts by the occupants of this white car.

Ceres Police are asking for assistance in identifying these two suspects. On two occasions the two shown, a white male and white female, entered the AT&T store in Ceres and stole cellular phones from the display. If you know their identity please call.
